The information below will help to ensure your garments maintain their best possible quality & performance: 

• Wash all garments inside out, and separate whites & colours
• Use a 30/40 degree wash (you can use fabric softner, if preffered)
• Do NOT bleach. Use a colour safe detergent (Non-Bio)
• Do NOT tumble dry but instead hang on radiator, clothes racket or washing line
• Do NOT Iron any breathable (polyester) garments, you are able to to iron cotton based garments but avoid ironing the printed areas
• Do NOT dry clean or remove stains with solvents
