What if I wanted to order from both 305CUSTOM and 305SQUASH?

If you order from both and you will be charged shipping on both. However if you have the same shipping address for both orders, then contact us and we will refund one of the shipping charges back to your account.

Will you send me proof before production?

Yes, we always ensure the customer knows what they are going to receive with the layout. The sizes of logos may be adjusted slightly against the proof to ensure that it all fits proportionately, but the imagery positions will remain the same.

What happens if I need something urgent (within 2 weeks)?

We always try to do our best to get orders processed and to our customers as soon as possible. In order for us to see if we can turn around the job in time for you please get in touch as soon as possible by filling our our Custom Work Form

What are the best file types to send through to 305CUSTOM?

In order for us to process the order quickly and turn around the design with artwork it is always best practice to provide all imagery as vector graphics as a PDF, EPS or AI file. You can get more information on this by going to our Artwork Guidelines Page.

How do I get an online section for my club, team, competition or organisation?

Please fill out the Contact Us form and select the enquiry dropdown for an online collection for your club, team, event or organisation and we can then review and get back to you with the information you need.

What can I have made custom?

We mainly customise clothing but will always try to deliver on every request, so please contact us with your request and will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long will it take to get a bulk order shipped?

When providing you with a quote, we carefully assess our current workload to estimate your delivery date. Once your payment is processed and your order is confirmed, we'll promptly inform you of when to expect your delivery. Typically, we aim to dispatch within 10 working days of confirmation, but please understand that this timeline may vary based on demand. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How long does it take for an online order to be processed and shipped?

Upon receipt of your order, please allow us a window of 2-10 working days for dispatch. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details for your order.

Please visit our product care guide which should give you all the information on how to look after your items to ensure they have a good lifespan.

I ordered the incorrect size or made a mistake with the personalisation.

We suggest you contact us straight away if you have made a mistake when ordering, which includes item, fit, size, colour and personalisation so that we can see if there is anything we can do to rectify this for you. At the point of purchase and you receiving the confirmation we can't guarantee that we can make alterations but we will do our best to try and rectify the issue.
