Artwork Guidelines
To prevent any additional fees or delays please review our artwork guidelines. Our production team works closely with customers to optimise artwork for printing on garments, so it's crucial to meet our requirements for the best results.

Recommend File Formats - PDF, AI or EPS Vector
Typically, for the highest quality artwork we require the file in the form of a vector layered image file, often saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf format. We potentially can accept other forms of files but these may have to be redrawn by our artwork team depending on the file which may result in a cost. Other forms you can send through are jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, ps, pdf, png, psd, svg, tiff, tif.

What is a Vector Layered File?
A “vector layered file” is a digital image file that stores graphic elements as mathematical paths rather than pixels, allowing for infinite scaling without quality loss. These elements are organised into separate “layers,” which can be individually edited in design software such as Adobe Illustrator. This structure enables the creation of complex designs with distinct components that can be modified independently, combining the benefits of vector graphics with layered editing functionality.

Imagery Positions
Our artwork team will collaborate with you to achieve the desired layout, which will be contingent upon the garments you choose. Common placement options include the left chest, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back, and more. If the available placements don't quite meet your requirements, we're still here to assist you.

Design Proofing
Please keep in mind that we won't proceed with production until they have been proofed and approved by you. Our team will carefully review your order and promptly notify you of any potential concerns. Should any questions arise, we'll reach out to clarify. If everything appears satisfactory, we'll still send you an artwork proof via email for your final approval before moving forward with production.
